How do I get my activation code?

When you sign up for the program, you receive an email from support@bodyacademy.com This email contains your activation code. If for some reason you do not receive this email, please check your junk mail folder. If you still can’t find anything, you can call our support team and they can look up your activation code and give it to you over the phone. To activate your new account, go here.

What’s my username and password?

Part of the activation process is to create your own username and password. You will receive the activation code in an email and then you can enter a unique username and password. Note that if someone else has used your desired username, you will need to continue trying a different username until you find one that is available. Be sure to write down your username and password once you’ve completed the activation process.
